Can't believe I was such an alcoholic addict and depressive person two years ago
I would drink daily, sleep and saw no any hope in my life. But one day I decided to bring changes in my life so joined meditation, did long hiking in nature and morning walk and left addiction completely. With healthy lifestyle I was able to give birth to my son and even managed my financial condition by saving $38000 in my bank account and tomorrow going back to my work after three months maternity leave. So, people who are really depressed, you can better your lifestyle and bring positive hopes in your life like me.
