My canopy vendors were warm today 🥹💙

They were very happy and grateful for the new heater. I was worried about the smell but there were no complaints, they were happy to be warm and they all thanked me 🥹

I have a new volunteer, and he is great! My other volunteer showed him the ropes, I gave them tasks and they went and did them.

I feel like I barely did anything today. 🙈 But that is my job.

I should be delegating and solving problems as they happen. It is really nice to have some young strong volunteers

And they both LIKE being at the market and said they had fun, so yay!
