Is it a bad thing that they are seeing more places in South India than me even though I am living in South India for many years?

So as you all know I am from Siliguri in West Bengal which is in East India but living in the city Bangalore in South India since 2008. So this post is about Anshika who was my crush during 1st year of MBA in mid 2023 to early 2024 and her friends but this post isn't about the crush phase or anything. This is just about her and her male friends Vaibhav and Mayank seeing South India more now compared to even me who is living here for 17+ years. So Anshika is from Lucknow in North India, Vaibhav is from Delhi and Mayank is a Gujarati but from Kolkata and they are only living in Bangalore since mid 2023 as they came here for their MBA so only living in South for 2.5 years. Now we are all freshly done with our MBA. So they have been to multiple places around Bangalore including even this coastal place like Gokarna and also this hilly place Sakleshpur where I haven't been to yet and now they are posting on their Instagram stories in the beaches of Mangalore where I haven't been to yet either. Anshika is posting her selfie on Instagram and looking very pretty on the beach. They are having more freedom as they live in PG(or accommodations) here whereas I stay with parents as they live here too so most trips even now happen with parents. But as they are away from their hometowns in Bangalore, they can plan trips and go anywhere whereas for me even at 25 even for going to UB City or Church Street area within Bangalore itself I have to make excuses to parents to go there. So yeah it definitely seems like they are seeing more places around Bangalore compared to me despite me living here for much longer. Their Instagram stories pretty frequently show them going on trips. Is it an embarrassing thing tho?
