This is the worst it's ever been 😔

It's just dark most of the time, whenever we get electricity it's just for a few hours, enough time to take a shower or cook some food. We sleep at weird hours because it's quite frankly boring when our battery and phone runs out, and we try to get up to turn on heating whenever electricity comes back. I can't even draw commissions for money and we're still drowning financially. It feels oddly boring and stressful at the same time.

I wonder how it is for people who rely on breathing devices to stay alive. I would die if I'm not able to sleep with my bipap device. I hope all wars end.

@PiecingBabyFaceTogether Those people will have to stay in a hospital, as it's not possible to rely on when there will and won't be electricity. We have a chart but it can only really be used as a reference.
@Nightwings We used to have power outages in Egypt but for a couple of hours a day only and we schedules too for each neighborhood and such. But things slowly came back to normal. Meanwhile in Gaza strip not too far from me they have no electricity at all 24/7.

@PiecingBabyFaceTogether In many parts of Ukraine right now they also have no electricity at all. Officials told people to leave the capital, as they won't have any for a long while. I guess that is another upside living here in the outskirts.

I wonder what's been happening with Israel and Gaza lately? I don't read many news about it, and I don't see many people discuss it anymore.

@PiecingBabyFaceTogether What is Israel's motivation to keep the war going?
@Nightwings Hamas gave them a reason to keep the war going. Israel was basically waiting for an excuse to start a war, provoking them and giving them a reason to start a war wasn't exactly a good move. Most of the Israeli hostages are innocent civilians and so are the Palestinians it's bad for everyone involved. It's ridiculous how we as humans never learn that violence is not an answer.

There's also Sudan for example like imagine killing your own people. Those guys have more oil than Saudi Arabia and they left all that and started a new civil war. And now Iran is suffering too. This world sucks.

The RFS are armed groups that include mercenaries from other countries. And they are funded by the Gulf countries.

As to Israel. Hamas gave them an excuse. They have never cared about the hostages. It is about land, expansion, arm deals. And about Netanyahu escaping the judicial system and prolonging his necessity. Hamas, as terrorist group, is an excuse. They have plenty of actual reasons.

If we are talking about this objectively, the Palestinians do need to resist. There aren't many routes to do so. And it wouldn't be "unfair" if it involved civilian deaths.

The problem with Hamas isn't just that they targeted civilians, it is that it was unnecessary and aimless and unethical. Just like Israel's.

I don't think we should look at these events as human nature for variety of reasons.

Their fighters are largely recruited as mercenaries, with funding coming from the capture of gold mines and patronage by corporate and state actors; the group has also hired out its fighters as mercenaries to fight in conflicts and assist governments outside Sudan such as in the Yemeni civil war (2014–present).

Please don't be mistaken about what the RSF is 🙏🏻

This is important to me because the same things happened here. We had terrorists swarming in and the international public opinion was that it was simply a civil war, so they don't have to do anything about it.

I have seen and witnessed the presence of foreign terrorists myself in the 90s.

It is true that it's history repeating itself, but it is not everyday people who are responsible for this. They serve the money machine making the rich, richer elsewhere.
