This is too cold. 🙁

It is getting too cold, we are sleeping with 6 blankets + a duvet but we're still starting to get sick, and can't sleep through the night. We allow the dog in the bed with us too now. We only have 2 to 3 hour long windows of electricity a couple times per 24 hours, never enough to really heat the apartment back up. I'm worried about our elderly neighbor. It's generally -6°C (21°F) in the day, and -15°C (5°F) at night. ❄❄❄
