Those times in life when you are slammed into something so gut wrenchingly real you vomit...

@caccoon it's a really long story but I'm in the middle of something that is so sad. I did the right thing but it was hard and it's going to be hard for awhile. It hurts. I hurt someone to protect them and it doesn't feel good. But if I had done nothing it would have been much worse.
