Can Everybody Calm Down a bit?

i get that a lot of people are unhappy about Trump being sworn in, and if your really so pissed, just dont watch it. People dont seem to understand that it didn't matter who won the election, as people would still be mad. I'm asking can we all start acting like adults and just be respectful? He is our president if we like it or not. rather than talking about how bad he is, lets tell him what we want changed.

The Writing is on the Wall, the great American Day of Reckoning has finally arrived as many great minds have warned about. People who have understood this aren't really allowed to talk about it for fear of being labeled Conspiracy Theorists, Heretics, or Treasonous. I'm very happy and relieved to have never supported or went along with the collective narrative of the Lesser of the Two Evils nor the Corporate Status Quo during this staged incoming Administration. The Protests and the Uproar over the Electoral College, the Administration Official Nominees Congressional hearings, the Corporate Media (that the President-Elect lashed out at) who has a financial interest in the fostering of 'More of the Status Quo', the Conflicts of Interests that Donald Trump and his People clearly have, and now the Political grandstanding is clear confirmation for me once again that Capitol Hill, Pennsylvania Avenue, and the rest of the Corporate Occupied Territory known as Washington DC has been bought out and paid for by the Highest Bidder, Lock Stock and Barrel. The Political grandstanding that's taking place is really nothing more than the reality of the American Electorate becoming viewed as an uneducated irrelevant footnote indebted to their Corporate Plutocracy instead of being the Free and Sovereign People that was promised by our Constitution. Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton are really the unintended consequences of Big Government in bed with Big Business described by FDR in 1938 as Fascism. I'm very, very happy to have given myself my own Declaration of Independence from the Conformity that's within the American Electorate. I wasn't interested in nor had anything to do with, I didn't need nor want anything that the Corporate Political Indentured Servants (R) and (D) were trying to offer or force. We wouldn't be where we're at in our country nor have the Domestic and Political Strife today had the Electorate at large educated themselves on WHY the words Corporation does not exist in our Constitution or WHY the words Corporate Political Parties does not exist in our Constitution. No one dared to think about WHY we should be holding our Congressional Representatives accountable for their Constitutional mandates to what For of and By The People clearly means. No one bothered to nor wanted to find out why it is that the Government Officials governing this country never seem to have the highest intellect and Real World bonafides for doing so. The American Electorate wanted and had every opportunity to cast their own vote for their own conscience and sovereignty. The American people are going to bear responsibility for what they themselves have supported and went along with. The American people will have to live with their conscience and convictions then take look at themselves in the mirror and it's their Freedom of Choice to do so and their perfect right to Self-Determination. Others who had a Crisis of Conscience saw the complete sham for what it was and hedged their bet for the 'Greater Good' and for other Choices and now it's paid off exponentially for them. I did the same so I'm certainly not disappointed by the outcomes. My choice was and still is clear to me, I'm on the side of the United States Constitution, the Bill of Rights and upholding the Declaration of Independence and especially those words in the Pledge of Allegiance, 'With Liberty and Justice for All'...
long comment. good. but long

There has never been anyone like Trump elected to the office of US President, which is likely the most powerful job in the world. His policies, cabinet choices, and even his speech is extreme and indicates a complete change in how the American government and economy will function.

Those who love him are celebrating like mad, and those who do not are in a state of full blown panic. I think both responses are warranted. Moderate responses for a moderate. Extreme responses for an extremist.
I agree. but what people dont understand is 1 person cant ruin the country. The government is set up on purpose to make it impossible, even with the cabinet choices he has made. I do think it will be a big change. whether it turns out to be good or bad, we will just have to see.

I think there's certain things he can do and certain things he can't. But what he can do (and the GOP will go along with) is slash the budgets for the entire public sector, and cancel tons of regulation. So it'll be open season for corporations. If you're into that, it'll be party time. If you're not - that's terrifying.

Other things he won't be able to do at all. The Presidency is restricting. I think his stuff about foreign trade will amount to very little.
yeah. again we just will have to wait and see how it all turns out. I think that this election will make people take everything a bit more seriously next time ;)
