Sometimes I was not held back by hope as much as the thought of dying without a meaning.

I am stubborn like that.

A meaningful death is as important to me as a meaningful life, if not more. Death brings value very few are willing to consider. It is uncomfortable to think about it that way.

Other times what held me back is the uncertainty that comes with robbing others of hope. The unknowns that cling to looking at other people's lives, potentially creating more uncontrollable scenarios and suffering too, by merely ceasing to exist.

What we do matters in ways we can't really always come to see or quantify, just as what we fail to do.

I am here because of both, what I know and don't know.

Your relationship with death is intimate, unfortunately. You've faced it in more ways than one and had to consider and contemplate things most people don't think about.

I'm grateful that you're as intelligent as you are because it's certainly contributed to you surviving up to today. Thank you for sticking around this long, and please don't go anywhere soon. 🫂

@SinlessOnslaught

Not to criticize anyone's behavior but I wouldn't really disclose any of this while actively destructive.

It brings too much suffering. It wouldn't help me and it wouldn't anyone else.

Don't get stressed for nothing.

We all have limitations, so don't pour all your empathy online and don't forget to spare some for yourself. Same for love.
@Miram What do you mean? Should I delete the response?

@SinlessOnslaught No?

I meant that if I were actively suicidal, I wouldn't post about it.
@Miram I see.

I know you wouldn’t because you're smart and you follow through with your plans without compromise.

You know I would never tell you to do or not do anything. Almost. Except this. Don't ever harm yourself or commit suicide. Never. I would not recover from that.

@SinlessOnslaught I love you <3
@Miram I love you too and I mean it. That would be a living nightmare for me.
