@SwampFlower I’ve probably tried like half a dozen recipes at this point. Broth base, corn starch to thicken, whisking the eggs in. I’ve started with cooking onions and then making a slurry, and also tried adding the thickener later.

Homemade chicken bone broth, sesame oil, salt, white pepper, turmeric, fresh grated ginger, cornstarch and cold water, eggs, scallion, and MSG
