They seriously need to make regulations for how long people are allowed to renovate their apartments

When we first moved into our apartment, our upstairs neighbors started renovating for a whole year. Now that we live somewhere else temporarily due to conscription, our new upstairs neighbors have started renovating. At 7 this morning, they began drilling into the floor and hammering in the hallway so that it echoes throughout the entire staircase. It's been going on for about a month now and I'm already so tired of it, but it could take them years to finish. Hopefully we'll be back in our apartment before that. It's so annoying that everyone is always renovating.

From morning 7 to night everyday for a year? Are they making a new building? It should not take more then a month if they are regularly working.

@littlepuppywantanewlife Nope, people renovate very sporadically, though usually always in the morning or early day, starting at 9 or 12. It was just today they did this at 7am. The renovations over here never freaking end because they just enjoy doing it. It's like the activity matters more to them than the results lol.
