In your 30's you realize you don't know it all, if anything, so you become curious and truly learn...

In your 40's you become disappointed in the truth 😂 and start to not give a shit...

In my 20s I was so full of anxiety that I was constantly thinking I was supposed to know it all and knew very well I didn't so I basically wasted the period when it was still excusable to learn and make mistakes.
