@Tumbleweed I do Medicare and healthcare and it's open enrollment for both right now. A lot of people are stressed out and scared because all the changes that are going on right now. Those people I don't mind but it's the ones that are rude that make it hard. I'm not the smartest guy but I do know what I'm talking about when it comes to insurance and offering them the best plans

@Poppies I had rude clients, I had clients arguing with me, I had some get upset over the plan prices going up and someone said she was going to devorce her husband to get lower prices.....

@Cigarguy I've always heard that it can be like that when you deal with the public. I've never had that kind of a job. As to the one that said she'd divorce her husband for the lower prices, well, either she will or, more likely, she's being dramatic. Either way it is not your problem. You aren't the one who sets the prices. You are presenting them and people can take them or leave them.
