Would talking(or even dating) to early 20s women still be fine even after I turn 25?

Now i am 24 so my age range for dating is 20-30 age range so the minimum is 20 for me and I will still get to know or socialize with women who are 20 too and i do it in cold approaches but 18 or 19 is a big no for me now. I am turning 25 on December 22nd so will it still be fine? My minimum will be 21 once i turn 25 so will getting to know early 20s (21-23) women still be fine and including them for dating? Will 21 and 25 or 22 and 25 still be seen as normal? Its only 3 or 4 year gap tho.
