Did u get ur flu shot?
We are urged to get it bc they predict a bad flu season like in Australia.

I have no issues with getting things like the Covid shot or other vaccines, but due to a very specific and rare autoimmune thing that happened to me once and which most likely was triggered by flu, I remain hesitant to get the flu shot specifically, not wanting to risk triggering that unique autoimmune response again, since it caused me to be hospitalized the first time
