Still here and navigating through life

Major changes as my health is not the best, but age is a factor. Need to do 2 miles a day walking, and, blood pressure meds soon!

I did the same thing, starting in worse shape than you appear to be in. Steady weight loss over 5 yrs mainly through walking and better diet.

You can do this.

@SW-User Same .. but struggled a while finding success changing it. Took something else to snap for me to give a fuck again.

Being proactive is better.

@BrandNewMan I agree. Same thing here. I made many changes, there were mistakes and fails along the way. I took it as a learning curve and learned what worked for me. . glad you are ok and it's nice of you to encourage others.
