Again got intervened by bartenders today even though the women were completely fine talking to me. Why is this happening in this country?

So today again i went to Central areas of our city Bangalore, India like Indiranagar, UB City mall, Lavelle Road and Church Street and talked with several foreign women from countries like Tanzania, Canada, Poland and England(i will post about them in another post) but the most frustrating thing happened in Church Street which is a cosmopolitan and youthful area and a pedestrian only cobblestone street. There is this bar named Kling there where several people were sitting. So i saw these 2 foreign women sitting and drinking. I approached them.

They were British expats working in Bangalore. They were mother and daughter but they were fine talking to me. The daughter is 26, the mom is 50+ and I am 24 so we are all full adults. We had a good conversation. They were also asking about me and I was about them too. The mom was comfortable talking to me and her daughter so was the daughter who was very bubbly and sweet. We had a great conversation overall while i was standing close to their table but suddenly a bartender came and intervened asking me "Hello what do you want?" Those women defended me and said to him that everything is fine and we are just talking. So while talking for a while eventually another bartender came and told me to leave. Then i said those women okay have a great day and left. Its frustrating as it was the 4th time some bartender or staff or supervisor intervened simply for socializing with women even if the women were fine and comfortable.

It sucks how in India these things are policed. Most staffs have this "better intervene before something happens". It sucks because we were all adults talking and those women were fine talking to me and even said the bartenders everything was fine. Something similar happened thrice before too once in UB City mall, then in another bar named The Biere Club in Lavelle road and then in Matteo Cafe in Church Street where staffs/supervisors intervened just because I was talking to women and asking me to leave or not talk to customers like that. Its frustrating. Most of these staffs and bartenders are South Indian men often older so i guess they are more conservative or something than younger staffs especially from North East but it sucks how i am trying to socialize and get policed like this just for talking.
