I get scared of myself. Of the things Im capable of. Horrible stuff, horrible feelings, horrible thoughts... I need to resort to my conscience to bring me back to the right path..I gotta save myself...

You just need to switch your hallucinations. Instead of crime related thoughts, switch to thoughts of good deeds like thinking yourself as a billionaire and feeding millions of children OR donating 100 liters of blood a day OR running medical camps for men to cure erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation ..

Nothing is going to happen anyway, whether bad or good path ..
