So yesterday I again cold approached multiple women. Say honestly do you feel what I am doing is strange in India?
So yesterday as usual I went to the cosmopolitan areas of our city Bangalore in India like Indiranagar, UB City mall, Lavelle Road and Church Street. In Indiranagar, I went to this bar/pub named Toit but it was at afternoon instead of night so yeah people were having lunch and also drinking. I am 24 but still don't drink but still approached some Indian women there who were drinking and eating and definitely at least 21 or older but still within their 20s(mostly around 21-25). I would wave at them and say them I am just trying to meet new people and saying Hi and also mentioned my MBA. They responded well but didn't really ask me more things as Indian women are kinda still cautious about strangers but I approached in Toit which is cosmopolitan. I even joked to them that only coca cola is my alcohol as they were drinking beer. I also approached this another cute woman in the pub but again the conversation was brief and I am still not knowing how to keep the convo going with an Indian woman who is a stranger and a cold approach. Then after reaching Lavelle Road, I went to this Cafe and saw an East Asian woman and had a small talk. She is an expat from South Korea. She was soft spoken and a bit reserved but had a conversation. Then I went to UB City mall but couldn't cold approach much as many women were with family or partner or had male in their groups and I can only approach solo women or women who are in small female-only groups. Saw these 3 foreign women and one of them was a black woman with Afro hairstyle. Tried to talk to her saying I am just trying to socialize but she said no thanks and walked away with her friends.
Then again in Lavelle Road, I went to Starbucks and saw another East Asian woman working on her laptop. I initiated conversation with her. She is from Japan and she smiled and talked. One of the rare times a Japanese woman didn't act very reserved and we had a small talk. Then in another Cafe named Third Wave Coffee, talked with another Japanese expat woman who was reading a book but she was more reserved and speaking very softly so ended the conversation. Then I saw a white woman walking near UB City mall. I initiated a conversation with her and this was my best conversation. She is an expat from Germany and we had a great conversation, asked her name as well, asked her how she is finding the city and she smiled and answered them all and we were talking while walking side by side to each other and eventually ended it with a handshake. She was truly so pretty but still no Instagram exchange. Then I went to Church Street and had some small talks with several Indian women in Cafes, bookstore and even in Dominos Pizza but yeah they didn't lead to anything and were just small talks. So do you feel what I am doing is too much for an Indian man in India?
