Life Is Life
Whilst I have been, off and on, here most of the year I don't think I've wrote anything for an absolute age!
Am I bad? I think so! Sorry!
Life has been a little busy, what with my work and my Fiancé's - working in the steel industry, worldwide, and all the possible 'tariff' aspects - it's made it put SW on the backburner.
We've done a few city breaks, as that 3 weeks in Japan earlier this year did cost a fair amount of change, which has been nice as summer has been pretty hot here in the UK.
Dad's been hospitalised, recently, with a pretty bad case of the dreaded 'C' - Covid - and, whilst he is a 50-something, fairly healthy, individual it has hit him hard.
On oxygen. IV drips. The whole thing.
Bit scary, for me and mum, but he's out and recovering. Slow but sure.
Outside of that jumbo of things it's been running, yoga, movies and social nights. My usual.
