Gas emergency is solved!

I had a dead CO2 detector and one of the dials was on on the commercial oven. Good learning experience for me.

I knew to check the pilot lights but someone left one of the dials on so it was leaking into the air.

We are also getting a new gas meter because the one we had isn't suitable for our equipment.
