@deathfairy thank you! It's kinda nice because I'm not really in control of people, I work for the membership. But I definitely have to deal with some tough conflicts in moments, but I like learning how to do it.

It's my local farmers' market, we're an NFP run by a board of directors, so really I am their employee. The job comes with a huge apartment in this 160+ year old building

@1490wayb yes! I will encourage them to ask questions and that will make it easier.

I followed the previous manager's template and looked back through what she used to do, as a start.
