I reposted these pictures so that those of you who are not familiar with what I am dealing with get a better idea this was a surgical procedure done due to a blood clot to release the pressure in my leg so it did not explode. It is called a fasciotomy however one of the wounds now has yellow edging and a little bit of black in it and it concerns me even though it has shrunk in size considerably I am worried about an infection that is because I was kicked out of the rehab without any Aftercare or Home Care referrals or adequately set up. On top of that I have to deal with the house that is completely needing cosmetic and bathroom renovation in the master. I had to chase down deposits fix the US mail to come back to my address as it should it has been an interesting ride. I am going to the primary care doctor on Tuesday morning hopefully they will just give me a shot of antibiotics and some prescriptions as well as a couple referrals and that will be it otherwise it might be an ER visit and I hope not to be admitted. But I am striving to get this house done striving to get back up and running because by Nature I'm a hard charger and I want to succeed. I know however that I have my limits and I need my rest and pretty soon I am reaching those limits that is why I am drinking protein shakes and everything else using wound wash and antibiotic cream doing the best I can until I get seen. I would sleep in tomorrow but the painter is coming tomorrow fairly early to do some more work. So I have to be up for that I just cannot wait to get it situated so that I can get proper rest
Note the swelling in the leg has gone down fairly significantly and it is wound on both sides of one leg not both legs. That was taken in the emergency room about a month ago during my second visit. It is for illustration purposes
