that sounds like an awesome idea. would be perfect for the community, just make sure if it happens, there's enough in budget to pay the workers, so it doesn't all fall to you and you become overworked and over stressed.

@Bexsy yes! I think we'd start out with short hours, and not too many days. But I think we could catch a lot of downtown workers on the way home that just need a few things to make dinner
And not too many products at first... Just trying to figure out how to structure the prices. Probably make sense to have the vendor pay a (low) monthly fee for the spot, and then perhaps a percentage of sales.
I also think, because we're an non-profit, it makes sense to have some of the income from renting studios going toward paying our workers... And then you could also market the studio spaces like, you're paying a rental fee but you're also helping feed our community 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
