The President of the Board came up to me today and asked me, "So when do you wanna move in?"

We looked at the apartment, it's gorgeous.

We can see how we can split it into an apartment for me, and studios to rent out. (It is GIANT). I will have a massive living room, dining room, commercial kitchen, huge bedroom, and office and two spare rooms.

And then a mudroom at the end with a workshop table in it.
