Now this another guy is putting me down on Instagram. Why is he now doing it?

So previously i mentioned about a guy(lets call him Guy 1) from my MBA putting the slider rating low on my Instagram stories and reacting to my stories with laughing emojis. Now suddenly another guy(lets call him Guy 2) is doing the same too. He was also my classmate in 1st year of MBA in 2023 to early 2024 and we shared some classes in 3rd semester of MBA too during mid to late 2024. But now suddenly he is viewing my Instagram stories and rating the sliders so low. Guy 1 stopped for now but now Guy 2 is doing it for everything whether its the scenic beauty of Rameswaram where I came for trip or Durga puja which is our Bengali festival or even my selfie videos.

He is 24-25 now too and I am 24. Even in campus also he used to sometimes mock calling me a "motherf*cker" at times too and also Hindi swear words like Bhosdike but he used to say he was just saying them for fun. He used to also say me to be more like a lion and he used to say i was being like a leopard or jaguar because i was more shy during 1st year but now suddenly he is being bad on Instagram too.
