Even though the renters kind of tore up my place most of it is cosmetic that's the good news a lot of sanding and painting a little bit of renovation and reconstruction in the master bath this place will be better than ever it is going to take some work and some time but I have already planned out the color schemes the paint everything else and let me tell you when this place is done it is going to be better than ever. Even the bathroom in the master bath will have a television and my workshop will be up 100% and then some. I am determined and it will get done I will be having assistance from a demolition expert privately hired by my dad and a cleaning lady as well thanks to Mom. Right now I'm just focused on getting my leg better and getting ready for what's ahead
