We had a meeting post market today as it's the previous manager's last day
The board actually almost passed a vote to have her not paid for the last month because of how badly she performed in this last bit
It lost by one vote. People are not happy.
But they were all really kind and pointed out that I just picked up and went with the job, and have been doing great. They all thanked me which was really sweet.
They asked me if I need anything, any support, and reminded me if i do, to just ASK.
They asked how I am feeling about the job, and I'm LOVING IT.
They seem happy with me, guys. I am technically interim until January, but it seems literally everyone is rooting for me so I feel I've got the job FOR REALS.
