I just solved the “puzzle” of life! So simple. Eat sleep work recreate

I already knew but my friend is Europe complains all the time about how he should have … could have but didn’t. I’m happy despite being dealt a pretty shitty hand in Life! Do you know all life is? It boils down to?
Recreate as in recreation I love sleep it’s the most cost effective.
All of life is to find an endorphins or dopamine response to easily feed. Therefore life is only work sleep eat and recreation. Then repeat! So rec-re-ate damn it re-create! only for a good meal all of which requires work to happen.
