She just replied. Tomorrow also the hangout won't happen 🥲. Should I just move on?

So asked this girl for a hangout who is from my MBA campus who is my junior. I asked her about it last week to which she agreed first about hanging out on Sunday to this brewpub named Bier Loft in Neeladri area of city Bangalore, India but postponed it to last week Wednesday as she had exam on last Monday. But on Wednesday I couldn't hang out so today I messaged her again on Instagram asking her whether she is free tomorrow on Sunday for the hangout. But she eventually now replied this "No I have economics exam on Monday". 🥲.

So yeah again no hangout. 🥲🥲. She is 22 and I am 24 and I was really excited as it was gonna be my 3rd hangout with a girl with the last one being almost 2 years ago but idk whether i have to move on from this one. What do you people feel? 😐
