As a smoker do you stub out cigarettes on plates and in glasses?

I just woke up from a bad dream.

In this particular one I end up getting into a massive fight with my mum. I'm over at her's and we've been enjoying some drinks and nibbles.

I go to the bathroom and when I come back she's used my glass as an ashtray.

I go into a full on rage. She starts insulting me saying I'm little miss perfect and wouldn't it be great if we could all be like me.
So I snap and pretty much punch her in the face.

This is something that used to irk me when I lived with her, but in this dream to use my glass feels like an insult.

Perhaps she was ready for me to go home.

Stupid dream!

As an fyi I've never physically attacked my mum.
