An American friend of mine is visiting Egypt currently and we're meeting up tomorrow for the first after knowing her for over a decade, she's also an ex. I'm excited and looking forward to having a good time and taking lots of pictures. I hope everything goes as planned. I'm hopeful.
The thing about my life is that it's unpredictable, I mean it is unpredictable for anyone like I was just explaining to my gf on the phone. However in my case yesterday for example my lungs failed me, I don't currently have an oximeter device (the finger pulse thing) I'm too lazy to buy one and also not sure I want to spend $20 on some toy lol I had one before and it gave me anxiety I rather not keep checking my oxygen levels and pulse constantly unless I really need too, it's available for free at a nearby pharmacy plus my Pacemaker has got my heart rate under control anyway, on a good day like today my oxygen level is in the 90s, a day like yesterday it's like between 75-85.
You know I found about this young woman on a FB COPD support group and when I think of her I feel that I can do anything, what a champ she is
