I am really worried about tomorrow's outing. Can I get some suggestion?

So in my previous post, I mentioned that the girl i was going to hangout with tomorrow postponed it to Wednesday so I am again going to have to visit UB City mall, Church Street and Lavelle Road areas of our city Bangalore, India which are very cosmopolitan and has foreign expats too. So far I have talked with several women(both Indian and foreign expats) in Cafes, bookstores and brewpubs in afternoon and evenings but recently I faced some moral policing by staffs and supervisors/managers in those venues.

Like just 3-4 days ago, in this Cafe of Church Street, this manager/supervisor of the Cafe intervened after i talked with 2 women there who were perfectly fine talking with me. They are from Himachal state of India but the supervisor intervened mid convo saying me "You shouldn't be talking to customers like that" and its frustrating as both the women were fully grown working adults. Similarly recently even in this brewpub named Biere Club too 2 staffs/bartenders intervened when I initiated a conversation with an East Asian woman there and they directed me to an empty table. Whats worse is she barely even got the chance to respond before they intervened.

And 2 months ago, a floor supervisor also intervened in UB City mall after he saw me talking to a woman in the mall who was also perfectly fine talking to me. He asked me why I was talking to customers and when I said I was just socializing, he said these aren't allowed here and told me to go do it elsewhere. Its frustrating as a 24 year old because I am an adult talking to other adults and still getting policed by these supervisors and staffs. All these men were older South Indian men who are probably conservative. It sucks that in India, moral policing is still a thing. So I am worried that what if it happens tomorrow too. Can you give me suggestions how can I avoid it?
