For the people that think they are irreplaceable and all that and then some or better than myself you are wrong. The second that you treat me like I am unimportant not valuable or not worth your time is the second that I am done trying as well. If you expect to be important and treat me with the same regard otherwise do not be surprised when the effort quits.
