Not that I've had anything like a significant celibate period it's much calmer than it was.
Yep I learnt a lot about myself, people, arseholes etc etc.
It was just another over use of something that changes how I feel as I was always running from the person I didn't like.
Sex with anyone is so much better when firstly you love yourself.
