Say honestly people, is cold approaching rare even in your country too in coffee shops, shopping complexes, bookstores?
I am just curious whether I am doing something too bold in India by approaching and socializing with women (both foreign expats and Indians) at 24 in cosmopolitan parts of Bangalore like UB City mall or the Cafes and bookstores and brewpubs of Church Street and Lavelle Road. Is this more normalized in your country in the West? Its definitely not the norm here in India to meet and socialize with women but UB City and Church Street feel more cosmopolitan and international. Most Indian women are more cautious but foreign ones are more open to talking but some might still walk away or not follow back on Insta even after giving one.
