Board meeting tonight about the manager position

And what the job entails.

Kinda excited and nervous!

I won't be finding out about the job, but we are just discussing and restructuring it because the board thinks it's gotten away from what it should be.

It really sounds like its been the personal fiefdom of one person who made it all about her own personal and idiosyncracies rather than what the board needs for the market.

@CountScrofula unfortunately, yes. She's been neglecting the paperwork and financials for sooo long and is so disorganized.

She does have cool ideas for things sometimes but they aren't financially feasible and then she gets angry we can't afford it.

And lots of things. Including just trauma dumping on everyone (both customers, vendors, city staff etc) every week and AT the market.

Really excited to be rid of that atmosphere, no matter who is the manager
