This 40 year old man here blocked me after chatting. Was it all my fault?

There is this man on here with whom I was chatting as I could relate to him as he never had a gf too and he is mostly relying on this site to meet women. We used to chat 3 years ago when he was 37 and i was 21. Now he is 40 and i am 24 and he is still in the same boat and so am I but i grew much more confident in the 3 years. Seeing his posts on here only about which woman he messages here or the drama here made me find it silly. So i messaged him again.

Our chats were about women like not having luck but also asked him whether he approaches women in bars or Cafes or uses dating apps or not but he only relies on this site for it where many accounts can be fake or catfish. I also was sharing about my experience like approaching foreign women, ghosting and rejection by women from my MBA etc but his replies have been dry or insensible and unhelpful so eventually i said him how chatting with him is depressing. Then he said me if i find the chats depressing then i can stop chatting. But i replied "Woah so now saying me what to do?" Then he gave an angry reply saying me to stop replying and that he is blocking me and how entitled i am being and then he blocked me.
