Tariffs on all foreign posts.
That is, we all have to register our nations and credit cards, and if an American reads a post made by a person in another nation, a fee is charged to the American's credit card.
Yet not the other way around, necessarily.
Also, if a non-American comments on the post of an American, his account is switched to a Ugandan account.
