On not having a skill set.
Ask yourself: when I meet a person or interact with any person, what is it about them that I like the most? is it their job or is it how they treat me?
There is a famous quote that people don't remember your name, but they remember how you treated them. Therefore, there is a school of thought that how you treat people matters more and also how you treat yourself (what you do to care for yourself) matters more than any skill set
