Do you have a pic where you look good but you were feeling really bad either physically or emotionally?

I have one, I don't know if I want to share it though. I think my breathing that day was at like 20 percent, my lungs just wanted to give up. It's the same day I took my bi-pap device to the cafe with me during vacation.
