I let the market manager know I have been trying to talk to the homeless people at the end of the canopy, treat them kindly

I ask them kindly to clean up and let them know when they have to leave.

This morning she called the police on them (why?) and texted me about it.

She doesn't like when I make my own decisions.

I also started giving market customers the small bouquets of flowers (I grow these flowers) I make for the cafe tables at the end of market, as a kind gesture.

She specified that I instead need to give them to one vendor (who left them on her table at the end of market and they died during the week anyway).

I feel like I am going crazy sometimes, these things feel small but it feels a bit... I don't know. Controlling? Weirdly?

It's so insignificant seemingly, but it's strange.

You're a sweet person. Controlling people don't understand kindness and generosity.

She sounds like a dummy. You are doing awesome. Some people need to go over your decisions because they would feel insignificant if they had little to no role in your own life. Work environments aren't that different.

@Miram I think that is it, she needs to feel like she's having control over something and doesn't like if anyone else has a good idea or thought 😩😭

It's crazy, we should be working together

It sounds like she needs to feel important.

@SwampFlower I think you're right.

It's too bad, it makes it hard to collaborate with her
