I don't know what to do.

I can't do anything in my life. My whole family just thinks I'm shit. No doctor or therapist can figure me out. There are no options.

It might be time to realize that there are times in our lives when we find ourselves standing alone, like myself. So if that's the case, then it's just time to stand alone and forge your own path. For some of us, that is the only way to find comfort and happiness for ourselves.
It is a positive thing to cut negativity out of our lives.
