Two minutes is barely enough time to exchange names and glances. If I were running that gauntlet, I’d focus on what I and the other person does and enjoys outside of work. It’s easy to get hung up on your job, but what you do for money isn’t necessarily who you are. The part they’ll be dating is the you who isn’t in the workplace.
