Someone is giving a qigong workshop for two weeks. It's 3 days in already and I'm frequenting. It's opening me up and all sorts of things are coming to the surface. Today I felt as fear my old friend conquered all of my energy centers, belly, diaphragm, heart, throat, mind. I am moving through.
All is well in my world, nevermind the disturbances, are part of such journeys and flights. Flights, lights and a beackon, Fractals and dragons and art in the making..
