I shouldn't have said anything to the manager

I should have just focused on myself and do what she says

It's not worth it, tomorrow is going to suck and she's going to be even sh!ttier and moodier to me than usual

And I have just upset her probably. I was already dealing with it just fine, I didn't need to say anything to her

@NerdyPotato I think it would have been better to just distance myself, which I have been doing, but I let my anger boil over last night and confronted her about how upsetting it is to me when she crosses my boundaries and talks badly about other people

I HATE IT. I feel guilty as soon as I hear it. You feel like a participant right away, even just hearing it

@caccoon and if you just distanced yourself, she would have kept up that behavior with others. You were right to tell her to stop.
