I questioned the market manager about a vendor and our regulations

She basically shoved me off and didn't wanna answer my questions.

So I brought up how toxic the old work environment was at the art school, all of the gossiping, her telling me to "quit if I didn't like it" (I tried to explain to her a better way to go about design projects... I am a graphic designer and I know these things)

I expressed how much that upset me when she did that and how I am frustrated with the lack of structure

I asked her not to bombard customers I am talking to with her trauma stories.

I told her how upsetting it was to me when she did things I asked her not to (related to the art school job).

And folks, she blocked me.

So I have drafted that email to the board and I think I am going to have to send it at some point when I have sorted my brain out.

I probably should have gone about it in a much better way

@daydeeo yeah absolutely, I wrote it earlier this week and I will reread it a few times and not send it until next week.

I don't want it to be too emotional, just dealing with the real things she is doing that make her difficult to work with.
