I'm so sick of my president and my country and people talking shit about every American,
when it's only the stupid rich ones doing these awful things. My whole life I've been raised to listen to propaganda, I've been lied to, I've been shamed for needing help because of struggling in a broken and bias society/economy. We don't get time off, we don't get healthcare, we're pumped with processed food, our environment polluted, everything human is underpaid, understaffed and unequal. People standing up for their rights and others have to worry about getting shot and/or imprisoned.
I listen to the politically brainwashed blame each other but nobody does the right thing. In fact, nobody does anything except get angry and make it worse under this regime.
I'm sick of humanity. I know there are pockets of good out there, but most won't even acknowledge that unless it's on their "side".
There are no stupid sides. Just a bunch of power hungry idiots that let their people take the fall. Let innocent people die so the rich can get richer. But people are so stupid they vote for it. They believe in corruption and cheer it on. Those who don't, a large number of people, will live with a target on their head regardless.
I'm tired of fighting. I'm tired of being run by men who care nothing about humanity and everything about their power, their pockets and keeping their secrets. They're laughing at all of us fighting each other while they're safe, protected and getting the best of everything.
If people want to get angry and fight, go after the wealth hoarders. Because meanwhile us broke people are passing around the same small generosity, which isn't much but it's something and it's kindness. It's more than the fat cats would even consider doing for the people that make their cushy life possible.
This is not an invitation for political discussion even though I know people will crawl out of every corner for the chance to argue on the internet.
I care about people and the planet. I care about kids, our future. I care about peace. I understand the anger, but also, anger is not what makes you a warrior.
