I just want to breathe and get outside

Two simple wishes. As long as I lie down I feel ok but when I sit up all my systems enter crisis mode, I feel a giant hole in the middle of my chest and I can't breathe.. I might have to go to the hospital again but I'm not exactly sure what they can do to help me.

Just tell me I'll be alright. I need to believe it. It's taking too long.
