I had a very beautiful practice today. It felt very concentrated and quiet. I am realizing of how I have actually been consistent, despite the breaks

in my kung fu practice. Don't get too excited, it's an internal style so I'm not fighting the way some have in mind. It's all internal battles.

It's been now more than 2 months that I am training daily, without a single day off. It pays back, it definitely does. Training daily literally means for me, there is not a single day that I fail to pick me up.
It's deepening my self love, not discipline.

I love how my body and movement is developing slowly over time...:)

Shaolin, Wing Chun, Tai Chi?

It sounds wonderful tbh. 🙏🏻

Enjoy the journey.

@Adogslife I begun with Wing Chun, then Tai Chi and Baguazhang. I mostly train into Baguazhang currently. It is... It hasn't been an easy journey.
Especially being a woman in the field, I have faced many accidents and many times people attacking me of how I am not a real warrior if I am not getting into physical fights.
I'm training for 11 years now, with a few years/months off now and then, with life and circumstances (mostly injury related).
But I am so happy I haven't given up.

I wouldn't be able to travel like I do perhaps if it wasn't for my practices. Because the mind is strong, you know...:)
thank you!
