Is being forever 18/21 bad life advice?

It would be great advice if we had the technology. As for us neanderthals, the best we can do is hold onto the things that make those years good. Take damn good care of your body so you won't be sore and sick in your 30s and 40s. Remain open to new experiences and enthusiastically explore new facets of your life. Make time to have fun and relax. Cultivate strong friendships. So many people allow themselves to become stodgy, miserable, fat shut-ins as they age and that doesn't have to happen.

@BlueVeins I am 30+ most of my personality hasn't changed since I left for college at 16.
As I missed out on some parties when I was younger I tend to go clubbing at least once a month but I know it's a young mans game now.
